Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve Compliance Management System (CMS)
  • Operate whistleblowing hotline, investigate and report compliance incidents
  • Conduct regular risk assessment and prepare management reports based on the results
  • Collaborate globally across divisions and teams to ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of compliance policies, procedures, and awareness materials.
  • Raising compliance awareness within Prym: identify and coordinate the required awareness and -training measures;
  • Run learning management system, train and educate employees online and in person

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, International studies, or Economics/ Business Administration.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing CMS, risk assessments and fraud investigations
  • Analytical thinking and confidence in handling data
  • Ability to ask difficult questions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Mandarin. Any additional language will be a plus
  • Experience in internal audit is a plus
