Overview:
As a Market Intelligence Analyst based in Hyderabad, India, you will play a pivotal role in supporting one of our global division by providing actionable insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a robust market intelligence framework that will inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Market Intelligence Concept: Create and implement a systematic market intelligence framework tailored to the needs of our global business. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses on a global and regional scale to assess the size and growth rates of the relevant market. Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to gather insights into market dynamics, trends, and emerging opportunities. Key tasks:
o Identify/Define Market Potential & Key Players per market segment
o Identifying Market Opportunities and Trends
o Understanding Customer Needs and Behavior
o Tracking Competitors
o Enhancing Competitive Advantage
• Reporting: Establish reporting mechanisms to regularly update stakeholders on market intelligence findings. Prepare insightful reports and presentations that highlight key trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and enhance the market intelligence concept and reporting framework based on feedback and changing business requirements. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in market research methodologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic analysis within the B2B industry, preferably fastening
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and interpretation.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and market research techniques is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to distill complex information into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with global market dynamics and cultural nuances, particularly within the consumer products sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
