Planning Analytics Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes within the TM1 environment.
- Build and maintain TM1 Web, Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), and TM1 Perspectives reports and dashboards.
- Integrate TM1 with other data sources (ERP systems such as SAP, data warehouses, Excel).
- Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and timely availability of financial models.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of TM1 applications.
- Support end-users by resolving technical issues, training, and enhancing usability.
- Work with IT to manage system upgrades, security, and environment configurations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommending best practices and automation opportunities.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 development.
- Proficient in : IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 (including TM1 Architect, Perspectives, PAW, and PAx), TurboIntegrator (TI) scripting and TM1 Rules / Feeders, SQL and relational databases, Excel VBA (for automation and reporting)
- Experience integrating TM1 with ERP systems (preferably SAP or Oracle).
- Knowlede of MDX queries is an added advantage
- Must possess good communication and problem solving skills
