Area Sales Manager (f/w/d)
Key responsibilities:

Strategic New Business Development: You are the engine of our growth. You independently identify new market potential for our standard products both domestically and internationally. In doing so, you proactively engage with key decision-makers and transform leads into long-term client relationships.

Holistic Account Management & Development: You nurture and intensify relationships with existing domestic and international clients. Through meticulous needs analysis, you identify cross-selling opportunities and develop customer retention strategies, which you implement with full autonomy.

Technical Solution Selling: You understand the on-site challenges our customers face. In close coordination with our Product Management team, you develop tailored solutions for specific inquiries and guide them through to technical series production readiness.

Full-Cycle Proposal Management: From the initial inquiry to "Closed-Won." You compile technical specifications, manage calculations (in collaboration with PM), create detailed quotations, and lead price negotiations to a confident conclusion.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: You are our "ears on the ground." You monitor competitor movements and trends within your product groups, proactively deriving strategies to secure and expand our market position.

Interface Management: You work closely with our Inside Sales (Customer Service) team, acting as the vital bridge between customer requirements and internal execution.
Requirements:

Education: A successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field serves as your foundation.

Sales Experience: You possess sound experience in technical B2B sales (ideally channel sales) and have a proven track record in cold calling and new customer acquisition.

Personality: You are a "hunter" through and through—goal-oriented, resilient, and equipped with a distinct hands-on mentality. You thrive on forging new connections and driving negotiations to success.

Communication: A confident demeanor on the international stage is second nature to you. You are fluent in both German and English and possess high intercultural competence.
