Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Process Design & Optimization: Analyze existing sales and customer processes (SAP SD, CRM, Master Data), identify inefficiencies, and implement measurable improvements.
- Requirements Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements (BRDs) and translate them into functional specifications.
- End-to-End Ownership: Act as the primary sparring partner for the O2C process, ensuring harmonized workflows and an exceptional user experience in close alignment with the business process owners.
- Bridge Builder: Act as a liaison between business units, key users, and the technical SAP team to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Project Management: Facilitate workshops, support testing and training activities, and manage small-scale projects or specific components of larger global initiatives.
- Benchmarking: Introduce and standardize best practices to elevate process quality both inside and outside of SAP.
Your profile:
- Education: A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Expertise: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and sales-related business processes (O2C).
- Methodology: Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and practical experience with project management methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the talent to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
- Communication: Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken). German language skills are considered a benefit.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for business as required by international projects.
