Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Stolberg (Greater Area Aachen)
Your responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Act as the primary, service-oriented point of contact for your assigned European clients (specifically focusing on Spain) and our field sales representatives.
- Order-to-Cash Ownership: Manage the complete lifecycle of customer orders—from entry and data processing to delivery coordination, account monitoring, and payment tracking.
- Key Account Support: Actively assist our Key Account Management team in handling and organizing our strategic key customers.
- After-Sales Support: Proactively follow up on commercial quotations and provide dedicated after-sales and sales support to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Process commercial discrepancies, returns, and customer complaints efficiently and solution-oriented.
- Export & Customs: Independently prepare and handle necessary export and customs documentation for international trade.
- Administration & Projects: Support daily operational tasks, cover internal team absences, and participate in customer-related projects or trade fairs.
Your profile:
- Education: Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Business Management, Wholesale and Export Management) or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of proven professional experience in customer service, order processing, or internal sales administration.
- Languages: Negotiation-level skills in Spanish (written and spoken) are mandatory, combined with a good command of German and English.
- Technical Toolbox: Solid, hands-on knowledge of SAP and proficiency in the MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Mindset: A methodical, systematic approach to task management, high reliability, and the capability to maintain focus during peak periods.
Soft Skills: Advanced team-playing capabilities, strong communication skills, and the drive to take ownership within your field of responsibility.
