Group Controller (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Finance Business Partner: Act as a key consultant for managers and controllers within our international finance organization.
- Planning & Forecasting: Contribute to budget processes and develop group-wide guidelines for planning methodologies and system standards.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses while ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
- Integration & Structure: Integrate new business units into the group reporting structure and continuously improve the quality of controlling systems and processes.
- Innovation: Drive the further optimization and digitalization of our reporting, planning, and forecasting landscapes.
Your profile:
- Education: University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Professional experience in controlling, preferably within a corporate or international environment.
- IT Savvy: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Cognos TM1, Cognos Analytics, SAP-BPC, or Qlik is highly desirable.
- Mindset: Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on approach, flexibility, and strong service orientation.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills and a very good command of English (written and spoken).
