Retail Sales Assistant – Factory Outlet (m/f/d) (Mini-Job)
Location: Stolberg (Greater Area Aachen)
Your responsibilities:
- Customer Advisory & Sales: Welcome and assist our outlet customers, present products appealingly, and provide dedicated shopping support.
- Checkout Operations: Handle daily cash register operations, process payments reliably, and perform regular register reconciliations.
- Stock & Floor Maintenance: Receive incoming merchandise, replenish store shelves, and ensure high standards of tidiness and visual presentation.
- Customer Service: Handle general customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
- Inventory Counts: Actively support periodic inventory counting and stock audits.
Your profile:
- Experience: Previous work experience in retail sales, customer service, or shop-floor environments is an advantage; motivated career changers with strong service enthusiasm are welcome.
- System Knowledge: Basic familiarity with modern POS / cash register systems is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Warm, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor with genuine enthusiasm for in-person advisory.
- Working Style: Conscientious, dependable, and self-reliant working approach.
- Team Mindset: Strong team player with a flexible attitude regarding outlet operating hours.
- Languages: Good communication skills in German (written and spoken) to assist local retail customers.
