SAP Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Leading the Migration: You will lead the planning and execution of the SAP S/4HANA transformation across multiple business units and regions, ensuring a controlled transition while maintaining established business processes.
  • Orchestration: You will coordinate readiness activities, testing, and cutover planning, while effectively managing external partners and vendors throughout the program.
  • Beyond Go-Live: The migration is only the beginning. You will identify and implement continuous improvements to increase system quality, reduce complexity, and drive standardization.
  • Roadmap & Governance: You will develop and maintain a clear SAP transformation roadmap, ensure transparent reporting, and balance operational stability with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will operate as a bridge between global business units, IT, and external partners in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

 

Your profile:

 

  • Experience: At least 8 years of proven experience in SAP program or project management, with a specific focus on leading S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. SAP certifications are considered a distinct advantage.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated experience in leading global, multi-client SAP implementations.
  • Methodology: A structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a deep understanding of governance and risk management.
  • Communication: Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are essential for our global setup; German language skills are preferred.
  • Mobility: Openness to occasional business travel requirements as part of global projects.
