Senior Digital Enablement Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Stolberg (Greater Area Aachen)

Your responsibilities:

• Global Digitization: Take global ownership of driving digitization initiatives across all business units, with a strong focus on generative AI and data-driven leadership.
• Thought Leadership: Act as an internal thought leader for modern technological developments, conducting workshops and trainings to upskill our global teams.
• Use Case Scouting: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic use cases for digital tools, process automation, and advanced analytics.
• Tech-to-Business Bridge: Collaborate closely with internal IT and external vendors to translate business needs into sharp functional concepts, supporting software selection, partner selection, and user adoption.
• Lifecycle Project Management: Lead complex digital transformation projects along their entire lifecycle from the initial spark of an idea to successful international implementation.
• Impact Tracking: Monitor results, establish KPIs, and ensure that valuable learnings are scaled and rolled out smoothly across the entire organization.

Your profile:

• Education: Completed university degree (minimum Bachelor's Degree) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Corporate Development, or a comparable field of study.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in IT project management, corporate development, digital transformation, or a similar consulting/in-house environment.
• Tech Passion: A strong, intrinsic interest in digitization, AI, and emerging technologies, always combined with a pragmatic, commercial perspective.
• Mindset: A distinct hands-on mentality—you love to get your hands dirty, turn strategy into action, and seamlessly bridge the gap between business needs and IT execution.
• Toolbox: Familiarity with common enterprise digitization tools (e.g., Low Code / No Code, Process Automation Platforms, BI tools, or AI/ML solutions) is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, change management, and stakeholder management skills to guide international teams through digital shifts.
• Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English is a must. German is a valuable plus but not strictly required.
• Mobility: Enjoyment of international projects and a willingness to travel.
